• Contact form. When you use the contact form, the site collects the name, organization, engagement type, proposed date, venue/city, email address, and message you provide, so that Mekhriban Mamedova can respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general visitor activity (pages viewed, approximate location, referring source, device type). This uses cookies and is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.

How the information is used

• To read and respond to enquiries sent through the contact form.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

The information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Cookies and consent

• The site does not load analytics or set analytics cookies until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can decline; the site works fully without analytics.
• Strictly necessary functionality (such as the content editor login) may use essential cookies that do not require consent.

The site relies on these providers, each under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics (analytics), Google LLC.
• Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Cloudflare, Inc.
• Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), Resend.
• YouTube (embedded video). Video thumbnails load with no tracking; a video loads from YouTube only if you click to play it, after which Google's privacy policy applies.

Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent, by writing to contact@mekhriban.ca. Visitors in the EU/UK and Canada have rights under the GDPR and PIPEDA respectively; requests are handled accordingly.
